Morning 6am, wake up as usual to prepare kids for sch.

Feel gush of water leaking from below is like how menses flow, didnt really bother much at first but every 5-10 min, there's this weird feeling. Changed 3 panty liner bt still wet. Got once there's a clear gelatin like came out and I decided to call Dr Chen clinic for more advise. As I google, it's mucus plug.

Dr Chen clinic called back and advise me to head for delivery suit immediately. But I wasn't really convince as i'm cesarean delivery and it's 6 days away from my scheduled c-section. I'm still hesitating while lying on bed preparing to slp. Hubby called and ask me to prepare, while he come and fetch me.

So there I went to delivery suit and was put on CTG strap to monitor the contraction, I don't feel any pain just uncomfortable that the water keep leaking.

The nurse came and told me that they will scheduled the c-section at 2 plus. I'm feeling nervous and abit scare as it's 8 years ago since I last in OT.

Due to my phone memory full, i didnt take any pic of the delivery suit nor my ward =(

But Mt Alvernia really revamp alot. all the facilities is new and has more parking space than before.

Was wheel to OT waiting area at ard 2plus, wait for anaesthetic Dr. came and she wheel me in, everything was very fast that it happen less than 10 min for the epidural injection. (i think she's late or busy for another surgery) This Dr. ask the nurse to put on laughing gas for me while she inject the epidural. Feeling damm high but i still feel the sharp pain when the needle go in. Once laughing gas turn off, i'm wide awake again but feeling numb from waist down.

I can see the whole process of the delivery as the light above the bed is mirror! LOL feeling damm gross but funny too. seeing how Dr Chen cut open my tummy layer by layer, bringing the whole amniotic sac out while baby is still in it. Dr burst it and the water splash, there came my baby first cry, i teared cause it's just too amazing (thou is my 3rd time) hahaha

They clean up the baby and put on my chest, ahhhh the baby smell so wonderful... Anaesthetic Dr took a pic for me and send to hubby. Much appreciated :)

Dr Chen clean up and stitch it up while I keep looking at the baby smiling away. hahaha

Wheel back to OL room 329 as all room is fully occupied.

Remove drip & the urine tube.

Advise by Dr Chen:

1. eat slowly - porridge & longan red date tea

2. walk slowly - from room to nursery

3. breast feeding

Change to another bigger room 331, much better and more walking space.

Hubby colleague came followed by Esther & Jess than Sis, Mum and Mil with 2 big baby.

Haha tired day but much appreciated for the visiting and gifts despite your busy schedule.

3rd day advise from Dr Chen:

1. eat normal

2. walk normal

3. continue breastfeeding

This Dr damm cute. LOL

Dr Lim (Baby PD) advise to put baby under phototherapy for a day to prevent jaundice lvl going up so that tomorrow can discharge.
